Improved engagement at the Trade Show and throughout the year! The Trade Show is a vendors opportunity to build connections with General Managers and learn about the communities and Member Co-ops we support . To enhance interaction, this years show will include a vendor passport, new engaging sponsorship opportunities, and the opportunity to provide one item on special that is only available to book in-person during the Trade Show. To build long-term partnerships, we encourage vendors to interact with General Managers and learn about the communities. See what's new for this year here.

The site is for General Managers only, however, if you want to see your page before the Trade Show please reach out and we’ll provide a walkthrough.

Orders can only be placed at a booth by General Mangers; however, we encourage suppliers to assist Managers in the product selection process. Order quantities, ship dates and the final order submission must be completed by the General Manager.

  • 1 Supplier page and item listing on the Trade Show website
  • 1 10’x10’ booth at the Trade Show
  • Power
  • 1 skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 8-foot curtain backdrop with side curtain
  • Free parking
  • Lunch & refreshments all 3 days

The facility has wifi, however it is locked for Trade Show ordering only. Only General Managers will have access to the wifi. The bandwidth at the facility has limited capacity and we must ensure General Managers are able to place orders.

Suppliers are responsible for making arrangements to get product to and from Red River Exhibition Place.

Vendors are responsible for the set up and tear down of their booth. Find more information here on Central Display Services. 

If a General Manager is requesting to purchase an item that is not on the Trade Show website, send an email to your commodity rep and include the following information: 

  • Store name
  • Item requested
  • Quantity requested
  • Ship/date method

    Your commodity representative will reach out post Trade Show to confirm details of the request.
